5.7 峰值检出电路. 峰值检出电路是一种由输入信号自行控制采样或保持的特殊采样一保持电路。当复位控制信号 u c 末到时,输出信号自动跟踪输入信号的峰值,并自动保持相邻两复位控制信号期间的输入信号的最大峰值,一旦下一个复位控制信号到来,保持电容 CH 上的信号立即回零,并接着进行下一次峰值检出。理想峰值检出电路的输入电压 u s 和输出电压 u o 波形如图 5.7.1 所示。. 图5.7.1理想峰值检出电路 的输入电压 u s 和输出电压 u o 波形.

  1. 5.7 峰值检出电路

  2. 峰值检出电路是一种由输入信号自行控制采样或保持的特殊采样一保持电路。当复位控制信号uc末到时,输出信号自动跟踪输入信号的峰值,并自动保持相邻两复位控制信号期间的输入信号的最大峰值,一旦下一个复位控制信号到来,保持电容CH上的信号立即回零,并接着进行下一次峰值检出。理想峰值检出电路的输入电压us和输出电压uo波形如图5.7.1所示。

  4. 一个同相峰值检出电路如图5.7.2所示。它由A1和VD1、VD2构成的半波整流电路、保持电容CH、起缓冲作用的电压跟随器A2及复位开关管VT1组成。

  5. 由图可知,A1和A2构成负反馈系统。当复位控制信号uc< 0时,场效应管VT2截止,电路处于采样一保持状态,uo=vCH,如us>vo,则uo1>uCH,VD2截止、VDl导通,误差电压经A1放大后,通过VD1对CH充电,使uCH、uo跟踪us;如us<uo,则VD2导通、VDl截止,uo=uCH不再跟踪us,保持已检

  6. 出的us的最大峰值。VD2导通提供A1负反馈通路,防止A1进入饱和状态。当uc>0时,即复位控制信号有效时,VT1导通,CH通过VT1快速放电,uCH = 0,当uc< 0时,电路又开始进入峰值检出过程。
