Problem: Lack of Access to Resources Institutional: NGO access to resources : funding, partners, knowledge Operational: Availability of public data & data literacy Lack of user friendly access to data of public interest Lack of regional cooperation in data gathering and publicizing in relation to environmental and health hazard issues Lack of networking between NGOs working on public data • Getting timely information on existing and available calls for project proposals and/or tenders • Access to potential partners for applying for funds and joint initiatives • Lack of public access to all NGO outputs (knowledge , services, publications, technologies) • Existing global, European, regional and national networks of organizations lack efficient tools for communication, information and knowledge sharing
