  2. DEFINITIONS Important definitions related to operations of www.chips-corner.com

  3. ICC • The ICC is owned and operated by Incredible Concepts Inc, Belize. • The ICC is constituted as a Private Social Network wherein Members can engage in business with each other as Buyers and as Vendors.

  4. TICKETS • TICKETS (an acronym for “To Increase Commerce for the benefit of Kids and free EnTerpriSe”): - Are offered by BNSFL through the TREASURE CHEST portal of www.chips-corner.com in exchange for: TICKETS-USD - $10 USD each TICKETS-AUD - $10 AUD each TICKETS-BVK - K10 BVK each TICKETS-CAD - $10 CAD eachTICKETS-EURO - €10 EURO each TICKETS-GBP - £10 GBP eachTICKETS-MXN - $10 MXN each TICKETS-RUB - руб10 RUB eachTICKETS-SGD - $10 SGD each TICKETS-YUAN - ¥10 YAUN each - May be used, within the TREASURE CHEST portal, to exchange for ZCASH Electronic Tokens. - “TICKETS-USD” May be used, within the CHIPS CORNER and the ZCASH LOCKER portals of www.chips-corner.com to pay for “Back-Office” support for transactions. - May be used by Members in any legitimate way to “build their own” business models within their own websites.

  5. ZCASH ELECTRONIC TOKENS • Offered by the ICC, in blocks of 5 each, in exchange for 1 TICKET of any denomination or 10 Units of any denomination of issued UAPN or IBOE per block, through the TREASURE CHEST portal of www.chips-corner.com: - May be exchanged for items through the ZCASH LOCKER portal of www.chips-corner.com - May be exchanged for other currencies at the rate of 1 ZCASH per 2 units of other currencies through the COMMERCIAL EXCHANGE KIOSK (“CEK”) portal of www.chips-corner.com

  6. UAPN • UAPN (an acronym for “Uniform Advertising Promissory Note”): - Are issued by USPES as an “added value” bonus no-cost benefit when items approved for the bonus by USPES are acquired through the CHIPS CORNER or ZCASH LOCKER portals of www.chips-corner.com • USPES is an acronym for “U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V”

  7. CHIPS • CHIPS (an acronym for “Commercial High Increase Protection Savings points”): - May be registered by the ICC when buy/sell transactions are undertaken between Members outside of www.chips-corner.com - Will be registered by the ICC when ZCASH are acquired through the TREASURE CHEST portal of www.chips-corner.com - Will be registered by the ICC when ZCASH are exchanged through the ZCASH LOCKER portal of www.chips-corner.com

  8. ICC MEMBERSHIPS • The ICC offers: - SILVER MEMBERSHIPS - GOLD MEMBERSHIPS - PLATINUM MEMBERSHIPS

  9. ICC SILVER MEMBERSHIP • A SILVER MEMBERSHIP: - May be acquired through the www.chips-corner.com website CHIPS CORNER portal in exchange for 1,000 CHIPS - May be acquired through the www.chips-corner.com website ZCASH LOCKER portal in exchange for 500 ZCASH - Allows the ICC to register CHIPS upon confirmation of buy/sell transactions other than through www.chips-corner.com: - Equal in number to 25% of the value amount of the currency used for the transaction. - On behalf of the Buyer, the Vendor, the THETA SPONSOR of the Buyer. - And, on behalf of the ALPHA, BETA, and OMEGA SPONSORS of the THETA SPONSOR of the Buyer.

  10. ICC GOLD MEMBERSHIP • A GOLD MEMBERSHIP: - May be acquired through the www.chips-corner.com website CHIPS CORNER portal in exchange for 10,000 CHIPS - May be acquired through the www.chips-corner.com website ZCASH LOCKER portal in exchange for 5,000 ZCASH - Allows the ICC to register CHIPS upon confirmation of buy/sell transactions other than through www.chips-corner.com: - Equal in number to 50% of the value amount of the currency used for the transaction. - On behalf of the Buyer, the Vendor, the THETA SPONSOR of the Buyer. - And, on behalf of the ALPHA, BETA, and OMEGA SPONSORS of the THETA SPONSOR of the Buyer.

  11. ICC PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP • A PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP: - May be acquired through the www.chips-corner.com website CHIPS CORNER portal in exchange for 30,000 CHIPS - May be acquired through the www.chips-corner.com website ZCASH LOCKER portal in exchange for 15,000 ZCASH - Allows the ICC to register CHIPS upon confirmation of buy/sell transactions other than through www.chips-corner.com: - Equal in number to 100% of the value amount of the currency used for the transaction. - On behalf of the Buyer, the Vendor, the THETA SPONSOR of the Buyer. - And, on behalf of the ALPHA, BETA, and OMEGA SPONSORS of the THETA SPONSOR of the Buyer.

  12. ZCASH – CHIPS WHEN ACQUIRED • When ZCASH are acquired through the TREASURE CHEST portal of www.chips-corner.com: - CHIPS equal in number to twice the number of ZCASH can be registered by the ICC: - For the Buyer. - For the THETA SPONSOR of the Buyer. - And, for the ALPHA, BETA, and OMEGA SPONSORS of the THETA SPONSOR of the Buyer.

  13. ZCASH – CHIPS WHEN EXCHANGED • When ZCASH are exchanged through the ZCASH LOCKER portal of www.chips-corner.com: - CHIPS equal in number to twice the number of ZCASH can be registered by the ICC: - For the Buyer. - For the THETA SPONSOR of the Buyer. - For the Vendor. - And, for the ALPHA, BETA, and OMEGA SPONSORS of the THETA SPONSOR of the Buyer.

  14. SPONSORS • ALPHA, BETA, OMEGA, and THETA SPONSORS are assigned, at the time a Membership is acquired by a MEMBER: - As per the algorithm explained in the “BUSINESS” footnote to the front page of the www.zcash.org website.

  15. BACK OFFICE SUPPORT • Each order through CHIPS CORNER, ZCASH LOCKER, or CEK portals of www.chips-corner.com requires 40 TICKETS - $10 USD each to be allocated for “Back Office” support, per total order, at check-out. • For each order, transfers of CHIPS for payment in value of TICKETS would be authorized: - 10% to the ILM. - 20% to the CENTER. - And, 14% to the THETA SPONSOR of the acquiring Member… - Plus, 2% each to the ALPHA, BETA, and OMEGA SPONSORS of the THETA SPONSOR of the acquiring Member.

  16. ICC MEMBERSHIPS • ZCASH may be exchanged for ICC MEMBERSHIPS through the ZCASH LOCKER portal in www.chips-corner.com • CHIPS may be transferred in exchange for MEMBERSHIPS through the CHIPS CORNER portal in www.chips-corner.com • MEMBERSHIPS may be transferred through the TRANSFER FORM within INTERNET CATALOGUE CLUB FORMS section in the TREASURE CHEST PORTAL in www.chips-corner.com under terms and conditions negotiated privately by the transferring Member with other parties.

  17. MBTM • MBTM is an acronym for “Mortgage Busting Team Membership”. • There are several types of MBTM available through the ZCASH LOCKER and the CHIPS CORNER portals of www.chips-corner.com • Each type of MBTM acquired results: - In a specified set of POSITIONS, PLACES, PACKETS, PACKAGES, and/or BUNDLES being created in both the ZCASH LOCKER and the CHIPS CORNER portals. - And, in UAPN equal in value to 50 times the value of MBTM being issued, as a no-cost added value bonus: - UAPN issued, unless otherwise pre-authorized by a CENTER and accepted by BNSFL, may be used ONLY to acquire inventory items to be resold by a Vendor, through www.chips-corner.com or by other means.

  18. REPLENISHVOUCHERS • If pre-approved by a CENTER and accepted by BNSFL 10xREPLENISHVOUCHERS, 5xREPLENISHVOUCHERS, 2xREPLENISHVOUCHERS, with a unit value of 5,000 ZCASH or 10,000 CHIPS each: - May be acquired through the ZCASH LOCKER or the CHIPS CORNER portal of www.chips-corner.com. - May be allocated, along with 40 TICKETS, for a UAPN equal to 10 times, 5 times, or 2 times the amount ordered: - With the UAPN to be issued and processed through the www.chips-corner.com CEK portal for the purpose of acquiring inventory to be resold.

  19. VENDORS & SUPPLIERS • A Vendor is a MEMBER of the ICC that offers items through www.chips-corner.com • A Vendor may be a Supplier or may be a surrogate for a Supplier. • A Supplier may or may not be a MEMBER of the ICC • A Supplier offers items external to www.chips-corner.com • A Supplier that is not a Vendor may offer items through www.chips-corner.com only by contracting with a Vendor.

  20. BUSINESS BUILDING EXAMPLE Building a business by helping others pay for healthcare

SILVER MEMBERSHIP EXAMPLE • 500 ZCASH and 40 TICKETS - $10 USD each may be acquired through the TREASURE CHEST portal of www.chips-corner.com: - The ICC would register 1,000 CHIPS because of ZCASH acquired. • 500 ZCASH and 40 TICKETS - $10 USD each may be exchanged for a new SILVER MEMBERSHIP through an existing SPONSOR PLACE within the ZCASH LOCKER portal of www.chips-corner.com: - The ICC would register an additional 1,000 CHIPS on behalf of the MEMBER. • In summary, the MEMBER would receive a new SILVER MEMBERSHIP plus 2,000 CHIPS for future use. • Plus, the MEMBER could transfer the SILVER MEMBERSHIP to another party using the TRANSFER FORM within the INTERNET CATALOGUE CLUB FORMS section of the TREASURE CHEST portal of www.chips-corner.com as per privately negotiated terms and conditions.

  22. EXAMPLE CONTINUED - ALTERNATIVE BUSINESS PROCESS • Alternatively, 2,000 ZCASH and 80 TICKETS - $10 USD each may be acquired through the TREASURE CHEST portal of www.chips-corner.com: - The ICC would register 4,000 CHIPS because of ZCASH acquired. • 2,000 ZCASH could be exchanged and 40 TICKETS - $10 USD each allocated, through the ZCASH LOCKER portal of www.chips-corner.com , for 2 SILVER MBTM, receiving 2 $100,000 USD UAPN as added value no-cost bonuses: - The ICC would register 4,000 CHIPS because of ZCASH exchanged.

  23. USING UAPN TO ACQUIRE A SPONSOR PLACE • With pre-approval by an ICIB WORK CENTER, the 2 $100,000 UAPN may be exchanged for 100,000 ZCASH through the TREASURE CHEST portal in www.chips-corner.com: - The ICC would register 200,000 CHIPS because of ZCASH acquired. • 100,000 ZCASH could be exchanged and 40 TICKETS - $10 USD each allocated , through the ZCASH LOCKER portal of www.chips-corner.com, for 1 SINGLE MEMBER SPONSOR PLACE: - The ICC would register 200,000 CHIPS because of ZCASH exchanged. - The SPONSOR PLACE would be created both in the ZCASH LOCKER and in the CHIPS CORNER portals of www.chips-corner.com

  24. EXAMPLE CONTINUED- 400 SILVER MEMBERSHIPS • 400,000 CHIPS accrued could be transferred, with 40 TICKETS - $10 USD each allocated, through the CHIPS CORNER portal of www.chips-corner.com: - To acquire 400 SILVER MEMBERSHIPS through the SPONSOR PLACE previously acquired.

  25. RESELLING SILVER MEMBERSHIPS • There are a wide variety of strategies through which the SILVER MEMBERSHIPS could be used to build very significant income. • As a suggested example, a MEMBER might resell 400 of the SILVER MEMBERSHIPS: - For a 75% discount, that is, for $250 USD each, through a contract with KFG (“K FAMILY GROUP”).

  26. KFG HEALTHCARE SOLUTION • KFG could have a $100,000 USD UAPN issued and paid to the MEMBER through the CEK portal of www.chips-corner.com. • The MEMBER would acquire and allocate the 40 TICKETS - $10 USD each for the CEK service. • The MEMBER would contractually be required to find 400 persons to accept MEMBERSHIPS and perform UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”): - In exchange for healthcare insurance, co-payments, and non-insured treatment payments for those that perform the UAWS.

  27. VENDORS MEMBERS can be Vendors in the CHIPS CORNER and ZCASH LOCKER portals of www.chips-corner.com

  28. BECOMING A VENDOR • A MEMBER can become a Vendor in www.chips-corner.com by acquiring: - Through the ZCASH LOCKER portal or the CHIPS CORNER portal of www.chips-corner.com : - A SHOWCASE PRODUCTS/SERVICES, or a LINK TO WEBSITE (to be created in both portals): - POSITION. - PLACE. - PACKET. - PACKAGE. - Or BUNDLE.

  29. SHOWCASE • To provide items in exchange for ZCASH or CHIPS, Vendors will provide succinct descriptions using SHOWCASE PRODUCTS/SERVICES POSITIONS or PLACES, within the ZCASH LOCKER and the CHIPS CORNER portals of www.chips-corner.com: - A succinct description may link to another website for greater detail but not for a purchase to be made outside of www.chips-corner.com • Transactions will be tracked by www.chips-corner.com and the “Back-Office” and CHIPS related to ZCASH acquisitions and exchanges will be registered by the ICC.

  30. LINK TO WEBSITE • To provide items in exchange for modes of currency other than ZCASH or CHIPS, Vendors will provide: - Succinct descriptions using LINK TO WEBSITE POSITIONS or PLACES: - Within the www.chips-corner.comZCASH LOCKER and the CHIPS CORNER portals - Plus, a link to another website for greater detail: - Through which purchases or arrangements will be made outside of www.chips-corner.com. • Transactions will not be tracked by www.chips-corner.com or the “Back-Office”: - But, a MEMBER or a Vendor may inform the ICC by sending an email to admin@incredible-concepts.comso that, as per MEMBERSHIP used, CHIPS can be registered.

  31. COSTS OF INVENTORYTO BE RESOLD Costs of inventory acquired to be resold may be significantly reduced

  32. USING MBTMAND REPLENISH VOUCHERS • MBTM provide Internet locations from which business between MEMBERS may be executed, plus provide UAPN to be processed through the CEK portal of www.chips-corner.comfor currency required by a Supplier to provide inventory to a Vendor. • REPLENISH VOUCHERS provide UAPN to be processed through the CEK portal of www.chips-corner.com for currency required by a Supplier to provide inventory to a Vendor. • Vendors are required to provide and allocate the TICKETS - $10 USD each indicated for “Back-Office” support of CEK portal operations. • VENDOR INVENTORY MAY THUS BE ACQUIRED WITH SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNTS WHEN RESOLD THROUGH www.chips-corner.com OR OTHERWISE

  33. INVENTORY RESOLD Discounts may be provided to Buyers with full income being received by Vendors

  34. GOLD BACKED TRANSACTIONS • Buyers using ZCASH or CHIPS to acquire items can obtain significant discounts built-in to protocols of www.chips-corner.com • Vendors may use the CEK portal of www.chips-corner.com to exchange ZCASH or CHIPS for full value in desired currency. • Instruments deposited through the CEK portal to obtain funds for exchange of ZCASH or CHIPS to other currency are immediately backed 100% by gold value: -Thus, even while waiting for currency exchange to take place, value provided by instruments backed by gold can be used in non-depletion transactions for profit by Vendors. • Delivery time of items is discretionary to terms agreed to between a Buyer and Vendor, or, are as offered by a Vendor: - But, in exchange for discounts, Buyers should be ready to accept delivery on “Back-Order” to be satisfied once ZCASH or CHIPS have been exchanged for currency desired by a Vendor.

  35. DISCOUNTS OUTSIDE www.chips-corner.com • External to www.chips-corner.com: - A Vendor may negotiate to accept ZCASH or CHIPS as partial payment, with the remainder being in desired currency. - A Vendor could thereafter use the CEK portal of www.chips-corner.com to exchange ZCASH or CHIPS received for other currency. - Delivery time would be as negotiated with a Buyer or as offered by a Vendor.

ONLY VENDORS CAN SUPPLY • Only Vendors in the www.chips-corner.com may be registered on SUPPLIER POSITIONS and PLACES to supply a project: - Terms of registration are negotiated privately between owners of SUPPLIER POSITIONS and PLACES and Vendors. • Project Proponents may be Vendors and may register as SUPPLIERS for their own projects.

  38. PURCHASE ORDER PROTOCOL • Only BUSINESS CANNONS BUSINESS GROUP Purchase Order protocols will be used to acquire items from Vendors registered as SUPPLIERS for a project.

  39. A WAY TO PROVIDEOPERATING CAPITAL • By, as a Vendor, processing UAPN to acquire inventory and thereafter reselling the inventory to the project through Purchase Orders issued as per BUSINESS CANNONS BUSINESS GROUP protocols: - A Project Proponent can provide operating capital for the project.
