  2. The objective of the ATRIUM project is to test high demanding applicationson top of an MPLS and QOS enabled network. The Atrium test bed is built on remote POP interconnected via physical and virtual connections. GEANT provides two virtual connections for this test-bed POSNAN POP of ATRIUM and PARIS POP PARIS POP and TELEFONICA in Spain The virtual connections are extended through the NRENs (Renater, Rediris, Posnan) IST Project: Atrium

  3. STM-4 ATRIUM-PSNC PSNC access router STM-16 STM-16s PSNC Access PL GÉANT Alcatel 7770 STM16-PPP encap FR DE CZ STM-16s RENATER Access MPLS LSPs Alcatel 7770 Renater access router STM4-PPP encap RENATER will have to extend this tunnel layer 2 up to the Atrium platforms

  4. A second virtual link from Paris to Telephonica in Spain through Rediris is planned This setup is under discussion with Telephonica, Rediris and Atrium ATRIUM-TID
