  2. Jointing.Media, an independent online news organization, aims to connect the citizen worldwide via joint effects between media organizations, business communities and Non-profit organizations. Providing extensive news, comment and analysis, Jointing.Media pursues quality, accuracy and integrity, and promotes Chinese citizens to take an active part in social work, to accomplish the forming of a Global Civil Society.

  3. Operation of JM 1 - JM成员参与工作获得的名义报酬存于其个人网络爱心账户 。 个人可支配爱心账户里的任意金额，同时资助多个JM挑选的“项目池”里的项目。 2 - 捐助人购买JM的原创报道后， JM成员的报酬将变现，转化为对项目的实际捐助。 3 - JM在实地采访中，对中小型非营利项目作一定了解，并做一定时期的观察，符合条件的项目收录进入“项目池”名目。 4 – 捐助人可定向捐助，也可非定向捐助。捐助物资和资金将直接到达被捐助方。

  4. Operation of JM 3- JM picks out small and medium-sized non-profit projects to form a “Projects Pool”. JM picks the projects that are most trustworthy and most in need. 1-Editors, journalists and contributors have their accounts online. They accumulate points according to their contribution to the “News Pool”. Any points to be taken out to donate the projects is welcome. 2 - Private donators(from RMB 1) are welcome to help finance our operation. Company donators will help JM to convert the points in the accounts to real cash. The two above are the sources of the “Donation Pool”.This in turn will help finance the projects from the “Projects Pool.” 4 –JM matches news, donations and projects.

FAQs • Contributor • JM属志愿性质的工作。外部伙伴（自由撰稿人、通讯员）自行安排工作时间，自由投稿。 • JM目前最需要：原创的当地新闻。文字新闻、图片新闻、音频新闻、视频新闻，动画新闻等多媒体报道都是JM欢迎的形式。欢迎您报道当地的公益新闻，或者针对全球范围内的公益事件做评论，向观点栏目供稿。题材及风格不限，但谢绝一稿多投，杜绝造假。 • 关于语言。以采访对象的母语为原始稿件的语种。JM鼓励提供双语的稿件（中英，中法或者英法）但以不影响时效性为前提，即，尽量在第一时间发布新闻，事后再补译文。JM伙伴也可合力完成一篇报道。 • 与内部伙伴（编辑、记者）需要遵守的内部工作流程不同，外部伙伴有更大的自由度。 • 如您有兴趣参与JM专题小组的制作，可参见专题组下各个专题的的工作清单，认领工作项目；如您想发展某 专题项目，可在JM平台提出倡议，吸引JM成员加入，待形成初步策划方案后与JM栏目编辑沟通，组建专题小组跨界合作。JM认可的专题，将提供一定的协助。 • 若非JM授权，外部伙伴(自由撰稿人、通讯员)仅能以个人的名义，而非JM的名义开展采访。 • JM以网络为工作平台。（网络平台建设期间，通过邮件组沟通） • 未来新闻人俱乐部对内外部成员开放，通过网络会议室进行不定期的讲座。 • JM的稿酬制度比较特殊。JM原创的新闻稿件发布在官网上待售。有人购买，作者的稿酬才能变现。且JM鼓励大家用部分稿酬捐助中国（包括港澳台地区）的中小型公益机构。

Requirements • Editor & Journalist Online Editor Requirements: -At least one year of editorial experience - Ability to work and confidently make editorial judgments independently. - Ability to communicate related topics in detail to the lay individual • - Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with freelancers and • editors while troubleshooting editorial issues - Excellent written and oral communication skills (via email, phone, other methods) • -Bachelor's degree or equivalent Journalist Requirements: - At least one year experience with a community newspaper or two years with a • college newspaper • - Multimedia skills, including updating a web site, use of Photoshop, video camera • and digital camera • - Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field
