  1. Netiquette: Dos and Don’ts of Online Learning True that the common frills attached with on-campus learning aren’t a part of online learning. But online students have to maintain etiquette while interacting with peers and instructors online. Some of these rules are basic and form part of the informal rules to be followed by everyone. They include: Remember that you are interacting with humans- be mindful of their sensibilities: In the cyberspace, it is easy to forget the fact that we are interacting with a fellow human being on the other hand. And that probably leads us to say things we wouldn’t say on people’s face. Remember that the person on the other end of the screen is a human- he is likely to be hurt by your words. In fact, netiquette becomes all the more important in the online world because unlike conversations in the real world, we cannot rely on non verbal cues to communicate the true meaning of our words. Remember that your fellow students are people from across the world and from different cultures: Stereotype jokes on a different culture or different set of people can be misconstrued. Students from all over the world are likely to take up your course along with you. Be mindful of their sensibilities as well. Make yourself presentable online: You don’t have to dress up to take a video lecture or read an assignment, but it is important to put your best foot forward in the digital world. Your peers and others will be judging you by the quality of your content. Spelling and grammar count – make sure you brush up on these skills. besides, you will also have to pay attention to the content of your writing. Does it make sense? Is it well researched? Facts can be distorted very quickly- you don’t want a misinterpreted fact to spread like wildfire. Beginners can always seek our help to participate on discussion boards. Can I pay someone to take my online class and discussion board? Yes, you can. In fact, we offer help to students who’re starved of time and looking for tutors to take my online class. Keep a tab on your temper: Sometimes a topic can go out of hand on discussion boards. This is especially true for situations when you are being personally attacked. The best thing to do in such situations is to move away from the computer. Scoring good grades is more important that winning an argument.
