Proposed Communication Model • An internal discussion was held among the Operations Coordination and Commissioning Team on how to optimize the information flow with the Monitoring project • Aim is to make sure that sites are informed of the ongoing project activity and are represented • The following proposal was discussed and approved at the Quarterly Planning Meeting (04.07.2013) • An internal mailing list will be created within theOperations Coordination and Commissioning Team • open to site experts on Monitoring who want to provide “Input from Operations to Monitoring".  • This e-group will be the forum of a bidirectional information exchangeand will be moderated by PepeFlix • We believe this will give the possibility to the Monitoring project to gather input from sites • PepeFlix will participate in the Monitoring Consolidation project from Operations Coordination as primary contact • Maria Girone will act as backup • In the next two weeks, we will collect the input on Existing functionality/applications needed, Existing functionality/applications not needed any more and Missing functionality
