  2. What is the big deal? • Apple Ipods has captured 78% of the mp3 market. (2005) • 73% students rated ipod as #1 “in” thing, overtaking beer drinking. (Jun 2006) • 840,000 U.S. podcast audience last year, predicted 56 million by 2010. • FeedBurner manage 54,000 podcasts, 3 million subscribersand Podcast circulation is growing 20% per month.
