RAM CAMP • HOMEROOM • A nonacademic class (receive no credit) • Attendance is required and monitored • Class is organized by GRADE LEVEL • A teacher will be assigned to your homeroom • Meet the first 10 days of school and for a variety of other reasons during the school year. • Information throughout the year will be distributed through your homeroom (ex. Test scores, picture info etc) • Oh and did I say: • “ ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED and MONITORED”

RAM CAMP • ATTENDANCE • Wake County policy dictates that a student, absent for more than 10 days in a semester class or 20 days in a yearlong class, can be assigned a grade of FF indicating failure due to excessive absences. This number, 10 or 20, includes both excused and unexcused absences. • 2 absences in a block scheduled class is the equivalent of missing 4 days of learning. • Attendance is taken daily in each class
