  4. Survey Item Scoring Positive Perception Strongly Agree: 500 points Agree: 400 points Feel Neutral: 300 points Disagree: 200 points Negative Perception Strongly Disagree: 100 pts Don’t Know/NA: 0 points The Survey of Organizational Excellence

  5. Interpretation of Scores Average of 400 or greater: Suggests area of strength in the organization Average greater than 300: Area perceived more positively than negatively Average less than 300: Area perceived more negatively The Survey of Organizational Excellence
