LEY 14/1970, de 4 de agosto, GENERAL DE EDUCACIÓN Y FINANCIAMIENTO DE LA REFORMA EDUCATIVA (LGE) • Capítulo VII: Educación Especial • Artículo 49.1: La educación especial tendrá como finalidad preparar mediante el tratamiento educativo adecuado a todos los deficientes e inadaptados para la incorporación a la vida social, tan plena como sea posible en cada caso, según sus condiciones y resultados del sistema educativo; y a un sistema de trabajo en todos los casos posibles que les permita servirse a sí mismos y sentirse útiles a la sociedad
