  1. Self Development According to Carl Jung the self is a totality consisting of conscious and unconscious contents that dwarfs the ego in scope and intensity. According to Rogers – Self concept determines his behaviour and his relations to the world and that true therapeutic improvement occurs only when the individual changes his own self concept.

  8. A good communicator is able to keep people informed in a sensitive manner without damaging relationships. The best communicators are good listeners. - Send people signals through eyes and body gestures. - Relax when communicating. • Slow your mind when listening. • Improve your concentration. • Avoid replying before listening. • Do not be defensive while at fault. • Keep the voice soft rather than loud and aggressive.
