  2. What is Pemphigus? Pemphigus is an uncommon skin condition that causes blisters on the skin and mucous membranes. Pemphigus vulgaris is the most common kind, which causes painful sores and blisters on the skin and in the mouth.

  3. Why it is Caused? The cause of Pemphigus vulgaris is unknown. Experts believe it occurs when a person with a genetic predisposition to the disease comes into touch with an environmental trigger, such as a chemical or a medicine.
