A Simple Recipe For Training Success • Implement the training event • Keep focus on your training training objective • Challenge the trainee’s with REALISTIC training scenarios • If you don’t need to simulate…then don’t simulate • Train according to your operational procedures AND ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THE SAFETY OF YOUR TRAINEE’S IS YOUR NUMBER 1 PRIORITY
