  4. Other things to consider: How formal is your presentation? What is your message? Where will you deliver your presentation? Are there any time or budget limitations? How much time do you have available for your presentation? Who is going to introduce you? Who is your audience?

  6. A nalysis -Who are they? How many? Diversity? Understanding - Their knowledge of the subject? Demographics - Age, Gender, Educational Background? I nterest - Why are they there?
