  2. The Rotary FoundationAssistant Governor’s Role Help Presidents-elect set Foundation Goals. • Annual Giving and Polio • Due at PETS – April 3rd • Work with them prior to PETS • Use 5yr history as a guide

  3. Foundation Goals • Each Club must turn in a copy of their Foundation Goals at PETS! • Enter into Club Central • Bring hard copy with them to PETS

  4. Club Central • Login to Rotary.org • Left side of page – My Club Snapshot • Shows current goals and progress • Near bottom: “Visit Rotary Club Central” • Click on Foundation Giving tab, scroll to goals • Select 2014-2015 year and enter goals

  5. Foundation Training • Encourage club representative to attend District Training Assembly in Roanoke on April 26 for Grants Management - Foundation training. • Encourage President-Elect to attend fall Grants Management - Foundation training – dates TBD.

  6. Club Foundation Chair • Have each club identify their Foundation Chair on their Club Roster on DaCdb by 7/31/14.

  7. Foundation Advocates • Utilize your Foundation Advocates!! • Their goal is to give at least one club presentation during the year – encourage your clubs to invite them! • Answer Foundation questions • Offer to let them sit in on one of your president’s meetings

  8. Keep Clubs on Track • November is Rotary Foundation Month • Encourage clubs to recognize those who donate. • Encourage clubs to make regular Foundation contributions. Clubs who bill sustainer contributions with their dues should remit the Foundation contributions quarterly.
