  1. Greater Northwest Region Cookbook Presented by Lorene Boyd 2009-2010 GNR President

  2. The Purpose • At least half of the profit from sales of this cookbook will be used to start a new scholarship that will be available to all Greater Northwest Region Members which will be awarded beginning Spring 2011.

  3. The Particulars • Begins today and ends February 1, 2010 • Submit recipes that would fit within all categories of a cookbook (Appetizers, Deserts, Main Dishes, etc.). • Please send photo of prepared dish or your chapter, if available, for possible inclusion in the cookbook.

  4. Preferred submission: Electronically by emailing to gnrpresident@gnrptk.org • Submissions can also be made by mailing them to: ???????????????

  5. The finished product will be ready for sale at the 2010 International Conference in Florida. • Greater Northwest Region will have a table in the marketplace at the 2010 International Conference, we will need your help in manning that table, so be ready for further information as we get closer to that time.
