When cases of coronavirus or covid-19 started to appear outside of Wuhan in China, the virus first came out as an outbreak, later it took the form of an epidemic. Social Distancing In order to prevent spread of infection (corona virus) and to prevent the disease, keeping less contact with each other is called social distancing. This simply means that a lot of people do not gather at one place. Closing a building, staying locked in a house or cancelling a public event is also part of this. Social distancing is very important to check the corona virus. Social distancing is the change in behavior that can prevent the virus from spreading. Quarantine is actually a restriction imposed on those who are at risk of spreading the disease. In such a situation, people are locked in one place and during this time they are not even allowed to meet anyone or get out. This type of restriction is often imposed on patients suffering from diseases that are communicable diseases. Self-Isolation Self-isolation means keeping oneself away from infected people. There is a step to prevent corona, so that you do not come in contact with people and stay away from this infection. Restricting yourself to a certain and safe place is called self isolation. Incubation When the virus comes into contact with the body, the symptoms of the disease are not immediately visible. These COVID-19 is a new type of corona virus. It was first identified in Wuhan, China on 31 December 2019. COVID-19 is the official name of the corona virus. The World Health Organization has given this name. The World Health Organization has declared it an epidemic. Sars-CoV-2 Coronavirus-2 is short known as SARS-Cove-2. This is the name of the new corona virus. It was announced on 11 February. This is different from the virus caused by the outbreak of SARS in the early 2000s. The World Health Organization says that despite the relationship, the two viruses are different. Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Pandemic In a global pandemic, when a disease takes the form of an outbreak and becomes out of control internationally, it is called a pandemic. When a pandemic spreads in many countries at the same time, it is considered a universal pandemic. The WHO has recently declared the corona virus to be pandemic. In the case of corona virus, this time is two to fourteen days. The time it takes for the symptoms to appear is called incubation period. Ventilator is a machine that saves the life of patients who have trouble breathing or are unable to breathe themselves during Covid -19.If the lungs are unable to do their job due to illness, the ventilators handle the breathing process. Meanwhile, doctors make the lungs work again through treatment. Respirator: Health professionals use to wear a mask like device device to filter virus particles while helping patients. Herd means herd. When a large group of people become immune to an infectious disease, that is, resistant to that disease, it is called herd immunity. It is used only for infectious diseases. It is also being said for the corona virus that once a lot of people are cured of it, then this virus will not spread beyond them. In this way, even if the immunized people have weak immunity, they do not have to worry because this virus will not reach them. This can happen in two of three ways. One – vaccine should be applied. If a large number of vaccines are installed, then a large number of people will build immunity to fight this disease. Then the virus of this disease will not spread further from them. So those people who can fall ill, the possibility of reaching this virus will be very less. Two – a large number of people are infected, cured, and because of this, their body develops immunity for it. When a lot of people get infected and get cured, then this virus will not spread further from them. They will act as a protective wall for the people around them R-naught or R0 (R-naut) – Each virus has its own reproduction number, which is called R0. R0 is determined by how many people can be infected with a patient. The number of people infected also depends on how contagious the virus is. Zumping The experience of COVID-19 isn’t just taxing on couples who live together. People who are dating are also reconsidering their relationships during the pandemic—and sometimes zumping each other.
