How to play minesweeper • Minesweeper is open. Click Launch when prompted after Minesweeper completes the intro process, or open Start, type Minesweeper, and then activate the green Microsoft Minesweeper utility. • Select a problem level. In the left half of the window, start your first game by clicking on one of the following problem settings:• 9 × 9 Simple - Lines of nine and nine have 10 mines.
