    10. Potilaan tutkimusjakso (6)

    11. Hoidontarve on arvioitu eli hoitopäätös (7)

    12. Ostopalvelupäätös (12)

    13. Potilas saa tiedon hoitopäätöksestä (8 ja 9)

    14. Erikoissairaanhoito keskeytyy/päättyy (11)

    15. Hoito/Toimenpide alkaa (10)
