  6. Definition of Well integrity Well integrity process is: • Application of technical , operational and organizational solutions to reduce risk of uncontrolled release of well bore fluids through out the life cycle of a well, to avoid harm to people , environment and assets and the required barriers and assurance task in place to prevent this . • This well integrity standard addresses the operate phase of the well from well construct hand over to abandonment only.

  7. Team 1 topics ( Gary ) • Organisation R&R • Information management • Well hand over • Well design basis • Traceability of SCE materials • People & competence • Procedures • Management of change • KPI’s metric’s • Assessment health check ( system)

  8. Team 2 topics (Paul ) • Risk matrix • Performance standards • Mitigation of faults • Emergency response plan • Deviation process • Reliability process • Condition monitoring all wells that are not abandoned • Corrosion proposal Nigel • Risk based monitoring , inspection & maintenance, • flow wetted and non flow wetted components • Reservoir compaction assurance task and risk

  9. Team 3 topics (Alex) • Barriers • Barrier schematic’s matrix • Safety systems / ESD ‘s • Annular pressure management • Methods of monitoring of annular pressure • Risk acceptance criteria definition • Acceptance criteria table • Mitigating measures

  10. Team 4 topics ( Nigel ) • Well review process • Well review scope • Triggers for Well review • Well review documentation process • Technical health check • End of well life review • Valve testing & barrier verification • Leak rates • Block and bleed • Barrier verification test • Testing methods • Function testing • Interface seal testing • Well head maintenance ( OEM spares definition ) • Annular pressure test • SCV testing
