La MCCI et les MARLs • Un peu d’histoire… • La Cour Permanente d’Arbitrage créée en 1996 • Les initiatives de la MCCI pour promouvoir l’arbitrage à Maurice et dans la région • Accords de partenariat avec d’autres Centres d’Arbitrage. • Réseaux d’arbitres nationaux et internationaux • Organisation de conférences et séminaires sur l’arbitrage • Représentations auprès du gouvernement pour moderniser la loi mauricienne sur l’arbitrage – Convention de New York, International Arbitration Act.

  3. Développements – Partenariat Stratégique • Le partenariat stratégique avec la Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Paris (CCIP) et le Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris (CMAP) • Le CMAP partage avec la MCCI son label, ses standards, son expertise et sa connaissance

Développements - MARC • Le MCCI Arbitration and Mediation Center (MARC) • Mise en place de projets d’envergure: • Formations • Introduction d’un service de médiation • Refonte du règlement sur l’arbitrage • Introduction de services additionnelles – traduction, transcription, facilités de vidéoconférence.

Région OI - Collaboration entre Iles • Les MARLS – Des outils pour sécuriser le commerce et l’investissement dans la Région • Soutien de la Commission de l’Océan Indien pour la participation des Seychelles, des Comores et de Madagascar dans les formations CMAP-MCCI. • Business Bridge Océan Indien
