    5. What type of character/qualities must an elder have?  He must desire the position/serve willingly, I Tim 3:1, I Peter 5:2 Blameless, Above reproach, I Tim 3:2, Titus 1:6 A one-woman man, I Tim 3:2, Titus 1:6 Temperate, Sober, Not given to alcohol, I Tim 3:2-3, Titus 1:7
