FRIENDS FELLOWS PATRONS PARTNERS Charitable Donations gifts given in response to appeals, ideally to provide unrestricted income that OCF can apply at own discretion Champion Funders who typically provide restricted income to achieve a specific output and /or mutually agreed outcomes Named Fund Holders who cover the cost of administration & related services of OCF according to the terms of an agreement Supporters / Sponsors who make a direct financial contribution to the delivery of OCF’s mission, enabling core cost recovery OCF FUND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY requires investment to balance risk and return • The key to sustainability is knowing which income streams are the right ones to develop and how to invest in the CAPACITYto be able to secure and manage them • Prioritising between spending to raise more money and spending for other purposes • A strategy of having different yet complementary donor propositions, thereby targeting a more resilient income structure.
