  2. Description • Founded in 25 July 2011 . • It is a free space for users to explore their talents . • It is a social utility that discovers and promotes talented people. • It allows people around the world to discover, watch, comment, like, share and rate other people's talents.

  3. Target audience • Anybody with a talent (singing, dancing, acting, drawing, playing music or any types of sports … ) can sign up and post his videos. • Fans who like to watch new talents. • Producers who seek to discover new talents.

  4. Functions • Registration, Posting videos, pictures, Blogs, making friends, sending messages & friend requests, commenting & liking other videos, updating status, reading latest celebrity news. • User’s home page keeps him/her updated with all users interactions. • User’s console allows him/her to manage his/her data, in addition inbox and notifications.

  5. Objective Discovering, promoting and supporting new talents around the world.

  6. Number of users and videos • Total number of users: more than 2400 users • Total number of videos: more than 6000 videos

  8. Differentiation In order to be successful, MMT must differentiate itself from competitors in order to appeal to customers in the online marketplace. To do this We create ideas to differentiate us from competitions. To do this ,MMT will :

New Ideas • Dividing the registration process into three categories: • Talented (or Artist) : Uploading video is obligatory. • Fan • Producer (or music producer) : submit his CV, contacts and wait for approval. • Making the contact between the producer and artist free. • Or ,Prepare a deal between the artist and the producer for a fee

Marketing ideas • Hostesses with Ipadscollect users from Restaurants, malls, beaches, sports events, etc…these hostesses will take people’s credentials and take pics, then we make profiles for them and send them their usernames and passwords. Participating people in sports events will have their names enter a draw for cash prizes at the end of the sports event. • Kiosk in universities, malls, festivals, etc… promoting MMT, people who register from these kiosks will enter a Draw to win an IPAD for example • Facebook and Google ads

Marketing ideas • Choosing 10 videos from MMT, and creating a VOTE button, put these videos on the home page, people enter and vote, each IP can vote once every 24 hours, and of course the video with the most number of votes will win. • Creating events, ask users who like to participate to fill an application, users come with their friends and relatives and explore their talents in front of judges, 3 prizes will be given.

MMT’s Web Site has Significant Potential to Attract Advertisers. • With ( X )annual page views, The Web site might be very attractive to advertisers. • Individuals, Videos and Celebrity news pages attract the majority of page views on MMT’s site. Advertisers who may be interested include those targeting Musical instruments,Electronic devices (Ipads,Laptops,..), CD’s,DVD’s, Released albums, Academies, Colleges,Sports Wears…

MMT’s Web Site has Significant Potential to Attract Advertisers. • Using applications that allow people to access the site via mobile phones, people will be able to view the Web site no matter where they are. As such technologies advance, the Web site’s annual page views will likely increase considerably. • The more traffic to the MMT site grows, the more attractive the site will be to potential advertisers.

  17. CONCLUSION • Overall, the research and analysis in this report indicate that MMT has a real opportunity to generate new revenue through the monetization of its Web site. Given the high level of traffic to the MMT site and the nature of the site’s content that lends itself to certain categories of advertisers, there is significant potential for the company to generate revenue.

  18. CONCLUSION • The MMT Web site commands a large and loyal user base of visitors who trust the content and functionality enough to return to the site again and again. This is an enviable asset for a state company. It is easy to imagine how MMT might convert this asset into a revenue generating engine. • MMT has the potential to generate a big sum of money in a short period of time.
