Experienced working in a large urban setting with an extensive proven track record of improving measurable student and organizational outcomes. Led a high school through a turnaround process, developing observation protocols, developing and monitoring district goals and objectives for Secondary Education, working closely with secondary principals for the purposes of developing site capacity, overseeing textbook adoption process, writing all Board Communications for the department, and collaborating with the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services in planning and executing the division’s direction.
