  3. Login Page • Single login page - Managers and end-users can now login from the same page.

  4. Home Page • Pending Approval Notifications – icon will highlight when tickets are pending administrative approval • Admin Menu– accessible with ability to select an admin subcategory • User Menu – displays email of user with option to log-out

  5. Wireless Line Page • Device Information – user name, wireless number & account number • Status button – shows active, suspend, cancel, or report lost/stolen • Device Image –picture of the current device as on _____ • My Other Devices – links devices via employee ID to easily toggle between the end-user devices

  6. Wireless Line Page • Improved Organization – each wireless line is now compartmentalized into user, device & plan • Complete Tasks Faster – hover to select, click, and modal window will appear allowing multiple modifications to that category

  7. Wireless Line Page (cont.) • Ticket Auxiliary Menu – provides one-click access to open common tickets • History Auxiliary Menu – provides one-click access to account specific reports • All reports can still be exported into both CSV (.csv) and EXCEL (.xls) formats

  8. MDM for Real-time Management • Real-time Visibility – access to real-time data (voice, text, mobile data, roaming data, installed applications, full SMS and call history) • Auto-remediation – enable custom alerts and ticket workflows based on user profile and plan

Improved Navigation • Sticky Navigation Bar – always remains fixed to top of browser window • Search Field – search by name/number all pages • Custom Reports – moved to own navigation node; dynamically populated w/ your reports • New Reports – ‘Mobile Environment’, ‘Inventory Management’, ‘Tickets’ and ‘Usage & Trend’

  10. New Filter Interface • New Filter Search – select the category and specific filter, then apply • Add & Apply Easily – remove from the filter and apply new filters quickly and easily

  11. Inventory Management • Status – visibility on ‘Received’, ‘Not Received’, ‘EOL’ status on entire deactivated inventory • Bulk Actions – ability to ‘Mass Receive’ & ‘EOL’ and ‘Recycle’ devices

Mobile Environment • Mobile Environment- Consolidates Active Devices + Wireless Numbers & Plans reports • Quick Sorting – click graph to sort active & suspended lines • Report Data -Wireless Number & Direct Connect, Device Model, Device Type, Operating System • Costing Information - Ability to view “Costing Information” with a click

  13. Tickets • Open Tickets – provides access to all ‘Pending Approval’, ‘Open’, or ‘Future’ tickets • Closed Tickets –provides access to all ‘Closed’ or ‘Cancelled’ tickets

  14. Usage & Trend • Consolidated Usage Reports – ‘Minute Usage’, ‘Text Usage’ and ‘Data Usage’ is now single report • Filter by Minimum – set a threshold for ‘Minute Usage’ and ‘Text Usage’

  15. BYOD Enablement • Thinking about BYOD? You’ve already got it. • Enable employee purchase through eMOBUS platform • You select specific phones and carriers • Employees buy a with personal credit card • Maintain control of service while employee can use their phone of choice
