  14. Subtopics (1) A set of subtopic is the short guideline for SSI and is used to remind the interviewers to develop a series of questions to ask the interviewees (2) Subtopics derived from the conceptual framework, which in turn, link to the objective of the SSI (3) Subtopics contain more details than the conceptual framework, which is only the heading of the issues Therefore, a set of subtopics is the expansion of a conceptual framework

  15. How to prepare subtopics (1) Take each item (component) from the conceptual frameworks and break it down by taking it as a system (2) Write down the short phrases or words (checklists) related to that item (components) as a reminder before going for SSI interviewing (3) The SSI checklists related to individual item (component) should include : (Use pattern analysis and system properties of the outputs)

  16. Type, function (purpose), size, distribution, users, controllers, working process with inputs and outputs along the steps (management) Interaction with other components within the system or with other systems Stability, durability (sustainability), past and present performance (working conditions and system properties of that components or system) with the influencing factors
