  2. Welcome to the Naval Safety Center’s Training Course for the Jump portion of the Dive/Jump Reporting System (DJRS). • In this Module, we will give you: • How to view, and print DJRS reports • Miscellaneous DJRS functions

  4. Generating DJRS Reports The majority of theinformation you input into DJRS can in turn be generated into reports. These reports can be useful for inspections, audits, or just keeping oversight of your units air operations. Most reports can be geared to reflect either a single member or an entire unit. The reports that DJRS performs are: -Cargo Drop Report -Jump History Report -Jump Currency Report -Jump Logs -Roles Report

  5. To print Cargo, Jump, or Currency reports, just click on the report you wish to generate. DJRS will list your unit and any subordinate units.

  6. Select the desired unit if more then just one exists and the time frame you wish to generate the report for, and then select “Produce Report”.

  7. For Roles reports, just select the desired role/s you want the report to reflect, the desired unit, and then select “Produce Report”.

  8. To print out Jump Logs, just fill in members info, then select the member from below. DJRS will generate the members jump log for you to view or print.

  9. Maintaining Account If you need to make any changes to your WESS account information or if you need to request additional WESS sub-systems just click “Maintain Account”. Remember, when transferring to another UIC, you must update your WESS account in order to maintain access to DJRS.

  10. A new window will pop up allowing you to view and or change any info to your WESS account. It also give you’re the option to request additional sub-systems if they become required. Just click “Save” when finished.

  11. Feedback Feedback The Naval Safety Center wants to hear from you. What do you think of DJRS? What are some improvements that can be made? Click on the “Feedback” link to let us know.

  12. After clicking on the feedback link, the WESS Feedback form comes up. Fill it in and click “Submit”. Send us your thoughts, your ideas, and your constructive criticism about DJRS.
