  1. If  you  want  to  build  muscles,  you  must  take  diet  high  in  carbs  and  calories  and  then get in to right exercises to cause the  muscles to tear and rebuild and thus build  bigger muscles. Similarly, if you want to  lose weight, you must check on your diet  by  limiting  the  intake  of  carbs  and  calories.  Take  note  that  even  when  you  want to lose weight you must not totally  cut the intake of carbs and fats since your  body still needs them to lose weight! 

  2. If you take more carbs and calories than  the  body  needs  and  you  do  not  burn  them properly, you will most likely gain  weight,  and  for  women  extra  weight  means  extra  body  fats.  In  the  fitness  program  to  lose  weight  you  may  be  required  to  take  lots  of  green  veggies,  eggs  and  meats.  Generally,  the  diet  should be healthy whether you want to  build body muscles, lose weight or get an  athlete body. 

  3.   How Is The Training? A  challenging should not be a struggle. The  exact kind of exercises and their intensity  depends on the goals you want to attain  your general condition. For women aged  40 years or older, Low Interval Intensity  Training  (LIIT)  recommended.  For  the  youngsters  who  want  to  tone  their  body  or  lose  weight,  the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)  can be included in their training.  fitness training program  though  exercises  are
