  1. The Scope and Growth of KPO in India is Visibly Optimistic Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) is the outsourcing of knowledge-based business tasks and processes. This includes market analysis, business analysis, legal process research, or any other knowledge-based procedures that are necessary to understand a business, business management, organization performance, human resource management, operation process analysis, or anything on which the concerned organization depends while taking any major decisions. The growth of KPO in India is very optimistic. Thousands of domestic and international companies are relying on the Indian KPO sector for various core business management decisions. So far, Indian KPO organizations have been able to accomplish the most challenging jobs on behalf of the organizations that have trusted them for the same. KPO is not BPO In Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) non-core activities are mostly outsources whereas in KPO several types of core activities are outsourced that required specialized or technical knowledge. In BPO the companies outsource the jobs to lower their work burden and reduce the recurring expenditure on certain non-core activities whereas in KPO the companies outsource the job to find better and more professional solutions. Thus, KPO is not BPO rather a completely different professional genre where subject-based professional knowledge is highly expected.

  2. Advantage of KPO · KPO is cost-effective. This is one of the biggest advantages of KPO. The company needs no specialized infrastructure and manpower that saves millions in the long run. · Access to the most talented people in the field is another primary advantage of KPO. Hiring such talents is expensive for many organizations whereas at much cheaper rates the same talents can be hired for a project or process. · Better resource management at a lower cost is possible when the top management of an organization is not busy in market analysis or business analysis or other non-core technical matters. Fund to procure the resources and create infrastructure to accomplish these jobs can be diverted to the operation process, research activities, promotional activities, etc. The development of the KPO sector in India KPO is like a big umbrella under which the clients from various sectors get their expected services. In a KPO company, experts in the field of company and business laws, market analysis, engineering services, design and analysis, business management consultancy, HRM, financial analysis and consultancy, IT solutions, and several other fields could be found. The availability of highly skilled professionals in every possible field has made KPO in India an almost $15 billion industry. India has the most lucrative pool of engineers and scientists in the world. Almost 3 million students graduate every year from Indian universities. Naturally, India can contribute significantly to the KPO sector. In the coming years, India will be the most valuable KPO hub in the world.
