Course Overview • INFO 415 emphasizes systems analysis and design as an IT discipline and describes the role of the systems analyst in the development of computer-based information systems. • The course introduces the student to key systems analysis tools and techniques. Subsequently, the student will apply them to a real-world business problem.  The course uses this project as the vehicle to put into practice tools and techniques related to problem and opportunity definition, requirements analysis and feasibility analysis.  • This topics started in this course will be continued in INFO425 - System Design
