  1. Online Rakhi delivery in India Raksha Bandhan is primarily a festival of security. People sometimes go to temple priests and have a sacred thread attached to their wrists. This is seen at the Kala Bhairava temple in Varanasi, where visitors are given a black thread to tie around their wrists. People also tie red bands to their foreheads after worshipping the Goddess at Sri Vaishnodevi Temple in Jammu. Before the start of a Hindu religious ritual, the priest ties a thread to the wrist of the individual or people performing the ritual. It is believed and said that if the Yagnopaveetam (sacred thread across the chest) is kept sacred, it can provide Raksha (protection) to the wearer. Mangala Sutra (a thread tied around the bride's neck) and Kankana Bandhana (a thread tied around the bride and groom's wrists by each other) have a common inner meaning in the idea of marriage. Rakhi is not only tied between brothers and sisters. It may also be a wife's bond with her husband or a disciple's bond with the Guru. This bond does not have to be between blood relatives; for example, a girl may adopt a boy as her brother by tying a Rakhi around his wrist. This practice not only strengthens the bond of love between family members but also extends beyond them. As a Rakhi is worn by close friends and neighbours, it emphasizes the importance of maintaining a harmonious social life. It's tough to celebrate Raksha Bandhan amid a pandemic.
