  1. Markets for product launch • This slide will include: • Description of 3 stages: • (1) Cities without Volia presence • (2) Cities, where networks overlap less than 25% • (3) Other cities (conditional) • Pictures: Map of Ukraine with cities, identified by separate markers depending on the stage Volia-Samsung service. Current status overview August 16, 2013 VOLIA – Partner Partnership Agreement 26-09-2012

  2. Current status • We have provided support to Samsung partner Immo for their implementation of the Samsung Volia OTT Application • We have not a clearly defined set of Functional and Operational Requirements for this project • Project is not managed as an approved normal project within the Technical department (or for that matter outside Marketing) • Currently Samsung and Immo are conducting trials with their customers • We are investigating how many Samsung Trialists are using our service currently and the impact on the CDN load • In September we will migrate to DRM ON (Entitlements Enabled) mode of Verimatrix. This means that all current Samsung trialists will be disconnected unless Immo moves to DRM ON mode too. • For Immo to move to DRM ON they are proposing currently to connect directly to our Verimatrix DRM server and as such have direct WRITE and READ access to our DRM
