  4. Why Out of the Dark? • Better Pathways Strategy- Integrated Response to Women’s Offending Behaviour • Medical staff at DPFC informally identified 50% of women disclosed they had experienced family violence/domestic abuse • Program specific to women in custody www.melbournecitymission.org.au
