The Process • School Leadership Team developed school-wide goals based on county goals and expectations • Grade-level teams worked together to develop goals based on school goals • Individual teachers then developed goals based on their team goals • Goals at every level focused on the areas of need identified within the 5-Year Strategic Plan (Reading Language Arts, Math, Technology) • All teachers, counselors, administrators, specialists, and speech pathologists created individual goals
