  4. 部落格應用在教育上 • 部落格（Blog）是一種易學易用的網路個人出版系統，可在短時間內架好，並在網路上寫札記、貼照片、分享檔案、互動討論、串連訊息。它能幫助教師、學生、家長輕鬆上網，建構教室以外的知識交流空間。 • 美國哈佛大學和史丹福大學都把部落格引入校園，作為學術交流工具。
