  5. WHAT IS CORPORATE ARTICULATION AT UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX? University of Phoenix recognizes that learning can occur outside the classroom. With corporate articulation, employees/students may be eligible to earn up to 15 credits towards their associate’s degree and up to 30 credits towards their bachelor’s degree for prior training completed through their organization. A corporate articulation is an alliance between University of Phoenix and your organization, in which your organization’s in-house training programs are evaluated for potential college credit through Prior Learning Assessment (PLA).

More of a turnkey process for submitting to PLA, which ensures that the student doesn’t take a course they could have received credit for. Document repository (Apollo Quick List). Allows the student to strategically engage in determining their educational path and degree ready. Transparent and enhances the student’s experience and understanding of the PLA process.

HOW CORPORATE AGREEMENTS ARE INTRODUCED AND USED Training materials on Website Enrollment Counselor Academic Counselor PLA Evaluator Corporate Articulation trainings are applied to the student’s record through the PLA Department. Enrollment Counselor mentions corporate agreements when the student is interested in pursuing a degree. Academic Counselor walks the student through the PLA process after matriculated. University creates agreement with corporation and publishes the literature on the website.
