  8. (2)Cooperations • The trend of globalization integrates the region into the global village. We need to work in closer cooperation and full coordination under such circumstances; • Guided by the principles of the Red Cross Movement and “Strategies 2020" of IFRC, the cooperation in the humanitarian field have been carried out both Multilaterally and Bilaterallybetween International Organizations, Governments and Enterprises ; • Cooperations will be under the guidance of International Humanitarian Law and within the legal framework of individual countries; • As equal partners of the consortia, the cooperations bring about responsibity rather than dependency.

(3) Objectives of Cooperation • To build up the dialogue and exchange mechanism of humanitarian field among National Societies in the Asia Pacific Region; • To build up the information and knowledge sharing platforms of various level which included Government, Council, Communities, Volunteers, Youth Leaders; • To enhance the capacity and effectiveness of regional cooperation through projects with good planning and contents. (RCSC will grant 2 millions as foundation funding); • To enhance capacity of Core Business of National Societies in the Asia Pacific Region.

(HOW) (1) To strengthen the connection among Asia Pacific Regional Delegation and National Societies Actively participate in the “post-2015” agenda, and develop the planning and action plan about POST MDG.

  12. (3)Focus onCore Business Work on Emergency Rescue, First Aid and Humanitarian assistant To strengthen the branding management and reputation building of Red Cross. Follow the vision of People-Orientated and Humanitarian, to design the Core Business of Red Cross, enhance the quality of various core businesses and strengthen the communication with media.

(4) To promote the tool of OCAC • (5) To launch the resources collection • Concept of Multi-resources, including Funding, Technologies and Man-power etc.; • To ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of resources management; • To fully mobilize different resources including Government, Enterprises and Civil Societies.

(6) To promote the Red Cross Work into your ownNational ManagementFrameworks, • To promote the Legislative Review; • To promote the Humanitarian Work into National Statutory Investment; • To promote the Humanitarian Work into the area of Basic Public Service. (7) To strengthen the training of Red Cross Youth. Youth represents the future of Red Cross, and they are full of energy and creation. We have to train up the Youth Leader, to lead the team of Red Cross Youth.

(8) Resources Launching • Asia Pacific Regional Delegation • -- As an example of regional cooperation, to provide technical support (e.g. OCAC, Information System); Human Resources support, support expertise team from various professional area, use of learning platform and network; part of funding support • The promise of the RCSC --To Well organize the Asia Pacific Forum 2014 --To hold the Training Workshop of Rescue System for National Societies in the Asia Pacific Region. --To hold the Training Workshop of First Aid for National Societies in the Asia Pacific Region; --To launch training and materials assistance by Official Development Assistance (ODA)
