  2. What is Concurrent Enrollment? High school student enrolled in a college-level course at CCSF earning college credit.

  3. How does concurrent enrollment affect my child? All 12th grade academy/pathway students are expected to enroll in one of the CCSF CTE courses offered each semester of their senior year.

  4. Benefits to Concurrent Enrollment • Reduces costs for a college education • Students complete a college degree faster • Prepares students for college work • (reduces the need for remedial coursework) • Makes more effective use of the senior year • Acclimatizes students to the college environment

  5. How much will this cost me? There is no cost to you. • CCSF waives the tuition. • SFUSD Career/Tech Ed Dept purchases the required textbooks.
