Mughlai Paneer- From the Era of King and Queen Made with boiled onion paste made up of curd, cashew nuts, saffron, and onion, Mughlai paneer dates right back to the royal kitchens of the era of kings and queens. It is a dish that is not too fiery like kadai paneer; it is one of the mild dishes that is refreshing with an enticing side. Made with paneer, it is one of the dishes that will definitely tantalise your taste buds. So, let's see how to make the delicious royal recipe with refined sunflower oil manufacturers. Ingredients 1. 1 chopped onion 2. Salt 3. Paneer cubed 4. Green chillies (as per your need) 5. 1 teaspoon garam masala 6. 1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) 7. 1 teaspoon shahi jeera 8. 2 tablespoon oil 9. 10-12 cashew nuts 10. ½ teaspoon of sugar 11. ½ cup curd/yoghurt (dahi) 12. ½ cream 13. 3 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves Recipe 1. In a pan, add water and add chopped onion, cashew nuts and green chillies. Once it is soft and mushy, switch off the flame and let it cool down. 2. Once it cools down, blend it into a fine, smooth paste and add water to achieve your desired consistency. 3. In a pan, heat oil. Once the ghee is heated, add jeera and let it splatter. Add the onion puree and cook until it leaves the sides. 4. Now, add in salt, sugar, and garam masala, and stir until it combines well. 5. Once it combines well, lower the heat, add the curd, and stir it. Make sure not to overheat or boil it, as the curd may curdle. 6. As it combines, add the paneer and coat it gently with the gravy. Sprinkle it with kasuri methi and stir it gently. 7. Now add the fresh cream, combine well, and remove from the heat. 8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
