  3. Materyal Metod • Ocak 2003-Aralık 2004 • Randomize, 75 hasta • Grup 1 (n=25):Posterolateral torakotomi • Grup 2 (n=25):Posterolateral kas koruyucu torakotomi • Grup 3 (n=25):Anterior torakotomi

  4. Grup 1Posterolateral torakotomi • Lateral dekübit • Trapezius-latissimus dorsi, rhomboid- serratus anterior

  5. Grup 2Kas koruyucu posterolateral torakotomi • Lateral dekübit • Subkutanöz fleb • Latissimus dorsi trapezius kasları arası • Latissimus dorsi-torakolumbar fasya

  6. Grup 3Anterior torakotomi • 450 lateral dekübit • Latissimu dorsi-serratus anterior kas koruyucu • İntratorasik paravertebral alan

  7. Materyal Metod • Yaş • Cinsiyet, • İnsizyon uzunluğu, • Torakotomi süresi, • Rezeksiyon tipi, • Hastanede kalış süresi, • VAS, • Tümörün lokalizasyonu ve evresi • Mann Whitney U Test

  8. Çalışma dışı bırakılma kriterleri • T3 toraks duvarı • Santral T4 • Kot kırıkları • Pnömonektomi
