  1. Mini Bike Frame and its Components What is the first thing that catches your eye when a mini bike zooms past you? It is the mini bike frame as this is what differentiates one model from another. The tires, the headlights, and other components have nothing much to separate between mini bikes, it is the mini bike frame  that matters. The colors, the shape of the gas tank, the foot pegs,and the fenders, all integral parts of a mini bike frame, are what give any mini bike a distinct look. 

  2. This aspect is taken advantage of by manufacturers who generally release new models every year to stay ahead of the competition. They do not make major changes to the engine or the transmission to launch new models. Often by tweaking the angles of the mini bike frame or the gas tank, an altogether new look can be achieved to increase sales manifold. 

  3. The suspension is an integral part of the main mini bike frame. Mini bikes of the past generation had fixed frames with the wheels attached to them but the modern machines have a suspension that connects the wheels to the chassis. The rear suspension usually has dual shocks placed at the end of a swingarm above the pivot bolt.  • These are some of the important aspects of a mini bike frame.
