It’s the perfect place to combine art and gastronomy with its two major towns of Bilbao and San Sebastian it also covers the area known La Rioja. Bilbao is located in the heart of the Basque Country. San Sebastian is a wonderfully elegant city which sits majestically on the shimmering waters of La Concha beach, and is surrounded by lush green mountains.  Often considered as one of the most beautiful city beach destinations in Europe it is also home to world-class jazz and film festivals and home of many Michelin-starred restaurants. When talking about Northern Spain, we mustn’t forget the amazing area known as La Rioja - with its fabulous wineries.
