Field Day 2011 • Bonus Points – Something for everyone in the PCARC! • GOTA – 500 max. number of QSO’s - GOTA Coach • GOTA - 20 points for each 20 contacts, up to a maximum of 100 per GOTA operator – points double with full time coach • 100% Emergency Power (PCARC) • Media Publicity – newspapers, TV, radio (Publicity Leader) • Public Location – Stratham Hill Park (PCARC) • Public Info Table – (Publicity Leader – Inside PRH Tent) • Message orig. to Section Manager • Message Handling (up to 10 messages) • Satellite QSO – ONLY ONE CONTACT (Satellite Team – N1FCC) • Alternative Power – Solar, Wind (KA1GJU) • W1AW Bulletin – copy message (two operators to copy this message) • Non-Traditional Modes – ATV, APRS, SSTV • Site Visit – Elected Govt. Officer, Agency Rep (Send invitations by Secretary) • Youth Participation – under 18, 20 pts. Per person, 100 pts. Max (only 1 QSO per op to qualify for bonus • Score submittal via Web – 50 pts.

Other Items • Be a club Representative – greet all visitors at the site, sign in sheet • Invite the Bonus folks – State Reps, Local PD, Town Officials, the Press • Initial Staging 12 Noon – Club house – tables, chairs • Antenna work begins 2 PM Friday, June 24 (no earlier) monitor 145.15 to coordinate traffic flow • Site tear down starts 2 PM Sunday, June 26, clean up and off site usually by 5 PM

Other items (continued) • Bring your tools – deep sockets (7/16, ½), drive, wrenches, screwdrivers, electrical tape • Label everything with your call • Bug spray, your outdoor gear, flashlight • Ropes, extension cords, power strips, lights, spare radios, jumper cables, etc. – coordinate with the FD chairmen • N1YX, K1RX – Inventory, QA antennas • Tower pickup - KB1LXX • Extra coax – KA1GJU • Tarp over food/cooking – KB1QPN • Ice – Lots of it!! – KB1QPN • Large Coolers – club, KA1GJU
