  2. Texas Barbecue • Texas Barbecue also called Texas BBQ seasoned smoked meat • It is influenced by the southern US • Texas Barbecue mainly known as beef brisket

  3. Memphis Barbecue • It is one of the 4 predominant regional style BBQ. • Like other BBQ’s, Memphis-style BBQ is made from pork, usually ribs and shoulders • Memphis style BBQ has become well known due to the World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest held in each May.

  4. Sydney Barbecue • In BBQ styles each state has it’s own taste and traditions • In Sydney there is a mish mash of styles • In BBQ Sydney the meat is good quality and it’s cooked low and slow in a proper smoker
