Evaluation of Learning Objectives Post Mortem evaluation was carried out in September 2004. • The learners was introduced to Post Mortem method and Project Management theory The Post Mortem was successful: • Opportunity to discuss estimation in the project and to look for successes and failures • Elaborate on learning from both the successes and the failures • The post mortem was evaluated as the last activity and the learners had learned both about Project Management and about doing Post Mortems Mondragon
