  1. Tony Diab Performed Administrative and Clerical Duties as Former Associate Being a former associate at Shook, Hardy, and Bacon LLP, Tony Diab worked to manage client cases from start to finish. He advised clients and conducted legal research on their behalf, and reviewed legal documents ahead of the court hearing. Additionally, he supervised paralegals from time to time and developed litigation services. About the skills he developed as the associate, Tony had advanced critical and legal reasoning skills and has the best ability to project management to a high standard. Being the helping hand of the attorney, he worked to maintain the documents, update files, do research, and write the first draft of the documents. He enhanced the effectiveness of the attorney by developing evidence, case information, and settlement options. Being the former associate at the firm, Tony maintained contact with people involved in the case and drafted complaints. He maintained and looked after the case cost by verifying the outstanding balances with the clients and providers. He prepared the exhibits, scheduled the witnesses and updated his job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Being a key cog in the law firm, Tony Diab performed various important administrative and clerical duties. He had a strong knowledge of legal terms, procedures, and documentation. He demonstrated outstanding research skills and exhibited familiarity with the susceptibilities of the legal field. Furthermore, he made the best use of his knowledge to successfully conclude the cases as required. About his other responsibilities as the associate at Shook, Hardy, and Bacon LLP, Tony consulted with the clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case.
