  1. An introduction to our app for potential partners. 1 of 21

  2. Our goal is to revolutionise the tour industry for tourists, tour guides, creatives and organizations. 2 of 21

  3. OUR PLAN To be the industry standard for tours written by the industry and individuals. Customers will: • download the OURTOR app • explore the tours • select a tour - either a taxi will pick them up from their hotel and they can then sit back and enjoy the automated audiovisual experience, or they can take a walking tour • help generate income for tour providers 3 of 21

  4. OUR TEAM Tor Webster The visionary behind OURTOR, Tor Webster has been working in Glastonbury as a tour guide for the last 20 years. Glastonbury is considered a global hub of myths and legends which Tor has become an expert on. He’s a master weaver of stories inspired by and based on King Arthur, Joseph of Arimathea, Mary Magdalene and many other historical and mythical figures. Tor specialises in Myths and legends as the centre of the OURTOR experience, weaving the culture and colour of locations into a tour on demand. He sees that travel has become a quest and less of a trip, that people are looking for more than the obvious, they want the magic, the hidden gems and the truth of these places to enrich their lives. People have often described Tor’s Tours of Glastonbury as “life changing”. We are in the business of life changing experiences. The questing of myths and legends is the ‘hero’s journey’, a journey of self-mastery inspired by the ancient myths and legends around the world. Hence the name OURTOR, a tour fit for a king. 4 of 21

  8. THE PROBLEM OF CURRENT TOUR OPTIONS OURTOR acknowledges a need to update the way travelers visit tourist sites in cities, towns and villages. Currently there are these choices: Issues Private tours. Expensive – pre-book only – fixed content – unpredictable Midrange hop-on-hop-off bus tours. Outdated – public – impersonal - inefficient - unsafe (Covid-19) Complicated – basic – lack of choice – limited scope Cheap DIY walking tour apps. 8 of 21

  9. THE SOLUTION – OURTOR APP • The OURTOR APP is an on-demand affordable experience; safe, private, efficient, cost-effective and with scope to be massive in the ever-expanding digital tourism industry. • With tours written by professional guides, authors, organizations and creatives. • Generating ongoing revenue for tour contributors and partners, such as taxi providers. Our team of dedicated members have been hard at work for the last 12 months developing a fully functioning app with an innovative and modern design. The app has a fully automated audio-visual experience which is activated by the GPS coordinates of each site on the tour. You just need to sit back and enjoy. Within seconds you choose your tour. You can test run it at home, take a taxi tour from your hotel or do a walking tour. For each site there will be a detailed description, several photographs, the overall route, information about the author and an interactive map. 9 of 21

  10. DIGITAL TOURISM The 1.4 billion GBP tourism industry is changing. Digital tourism is the way forward. “Digital technologies are shaping traveller’s experience. Artificial Intelligence is transforming tourism, from virtual assistants to companies being able to offer hyper-personalized customer experiences and improve business performance.” (UNWTO world tourism organisation) “90% of travellers now have apps to make their life easier when at their destination with maps, airlines, weather and social media.” (Travelport) “66% of bookings were made through supplier websites / mobile apps, and 34% through OTAs (online travel agencies).” (Phocuswright) “72% of all mobile bookings made by travellers happened within a 48-hour window prior to the tour.” (Sojern) 10 of 21

  11. NEW TOURISM 2020 OURTOR fits the Post COVID-19 brief. “The pandemic has brought attention to what really matters, and if destinations can incorporate this into their recovery strategy, then they will see the results. It is a time for innovation and using new tools, ideas and strategies to grow and thrive like never before.” (Thinkdigital.travel) • Tourism will never be the same again after Covid-19. • People will be very conscious of their safety, choosing ways to limit potential of being infected by viruses. • Crowded buses and streets will be less desirable. • Areas such as taxis that are easy to disinfect will be ideal for tourism. • People will want to make even more informed choices, controlled areas such as apps where people can read reviews and plan will be very important. OURTOR fulfils all these needs. 11 of 21

  12. DIGITAL TOURISM It is staggering to understand how much travellers use their mobile devices while travelling. “Skift’s (Global travel industry intelligence) research found that 35% of travellers have used mobile phones to book a tour or activity while already in destination for a vacation. Phocuswright (Global Travel Market Research) found that 38% of bookings are made on the same day or two days before a trip is made.“ (Trekksoft, 2019) OURTOR aims for 80% of travellers to book their tours on their phone, similar to the way they book hotels, restaurants and flights (see graph opposite). 12 of 21

  13. We see OURTOR becoming the industry standard app for ‘tours’, such as Uber is for taxis; Booking.com for hotels; AirBNB for holiday lets etc… 13 of 21

  14. OURTOR APP end start How it works Share with your friends Choose a tour on the OURTOR app Your accommodation Enjoy all the amazing sites A taxi picks you up Choose to stop and start any time The taxi take you your chosen sites Follow the automated audio visual tour on the app 14 of 21

  15. JOIN THE TEAM? Would you like to be part of the tour revolution? This is how… 15 of 21

  16. THE OURTOUR COMMUNITY How it works You have an excellent tour Visit our Website Get involved with the global OURTOR community Keep track of income Upload the title and description of your tour Launch your tour on the app Upload phots for each site Get verified Enter GPS coordinates for each site Record and upload audio tour 16 of 21

  17. WHAT YOU GET We are providing a service for professional tour guides, authors, architects, creatives, organisations and businesses to create a tour at any location they like. We will process the content, collaborate with the provider and publish it on our app. You as the ’Author’ you will only have to provide the tour information once, but every time someone purchases your tour on the app you receive a massive 30% share of the payment! For example if the tour costs £4.99, you receive £1.50 each time someone goes on your tour. We aim to sell thousands of tours a month, so if your tour is popular you could earn over £1000 per month. The first 20 authors get 100% revenue of their 1sttour. 17 of 21

  18. PRODUCER ROLE Be a ‘producer’ of tours: • Help others create tours & receive 5% from that tour (the Author still receives 30%) • Pay others to write tours and take the full 30% 18 of 21

  19. OURTOR IS ALSO A MARKETING OPPORTUNITY Typically a tour guide generates a customer base from their website and other marketing outlets such as TripAdvisor, Viator, Get Your Guide and Air BnB. As with any other business, results depend on the number of platforms where your tours appear and how interesting your offer looks. You may get hundreds of customers in a year. Or you may not. By publishing on the OURTOR platform, not only will you generate an income directly, but you will potentially generate additional business through your ‘Author profile’, linking to your website etc. You keep your original customer base. You could have 1000s of more people doing your tours. 19 of 21

  20. HOW TO JOIN THE MOVEMENT We are looking for ‘early adopters’ to publish tours onto the app. It is currently not possible to upload a tour yourself, but you can collaborate with us and we can upload the tour onto the app ready for launch. You will have the benefit of being one of the first tours that people will buy & remember the first 20 authors get 100% revenue on your 1sttour. You will not have to invest anything but time into the process. You will be able to generate an income once the app is launched. You will be able to promote your tours, books, talks and other related activities through your ‘Author profile’. If you are interested, you might also like to talk to us about our investment opportunities. We truly look forward to working with you. 20 of 21
