  2. HSA DATA

  3. AYP 2009 – WILL WE MAKE IT??? This table shows AYP data and targets for the current 2008-2009 Senior Cohort. The number in the parenthetical indicates where we currently stand. The number before the parenthetical reveals the number we must have in order to meet AYP without safe harbor or the confidence interval.

  4. This slide shows current juniors who have taken an H S A test. There are more juniors who will be taking H S As for the first time as seniors. Many interventions will need to be in place to support them.

  5. This slide represents the status of the current junior class. This slide is more comprehensive in that it indicates that Einstein must address special education, ELL, African American and Hispanic participation and performance. More than 50 percent – and in some cases 70 percent – of these populations may be in jeopardy of not meeting AYP.

  21. Suspension Data

  22. Suspension Data As of Jan. 1, 2009, only 21 students had been suspended. This represents a dramatic decrease from the previous year at this time when 123 students had been suspended. We attribute the decrease to students and staff support of the tenets of The Einstein Way.
